Our Annual Membership Meeting
was held May 30th, 2026 and
was attended by an enthusiastic
group of people, ready to learn!
Haley Moody from the Florida Springs Institute gave an engaging, informative presentation about all things springs!
There is so much to understand about the Floridan Aquifer and its springs, from its scale and characteristics to the threats to its health, and consequently, the health of everyone and everything that depends on it. Haley fielded lots of questions with grace and expertise born of an obvious passion to preserve natural resources. We were enthralled, and the theatre-sized graphics were beautiful!
