5K Run/Walk Registration
Thanks for considering challenging the Tortoise to a 5K race on his home course at beautiful O’Leno State Park on Saturday, March 9, 2024. The race is limited to the first 300 registrants. Sorry, but there are NO REFUNDS except for payments received after the registration limit is reached. Park Entry Fee is waived for registered participants only.
There are three ways to enter the 2024 Race the Tortoise 5K.
1. ONLINE: Click here to register online with RunSignup. (A small additional fee applies to cover credit card processing.) Online registration closes Friday, March 8th at 9AM EST or after the 300 registrant limit is reached. Be sure to add family and friends breakfast tickets to your registration to save $2 per ticket.
2. THROUGH THE MAIL: To download and print a Pre-Race Registration Form click here. Mail it to the address on the form. All mail-in entries must be POSTMARKED by March 2, 2024 to be pre-registered at check-in.
3. IN PERSON: Registration forms are available at the Ranger Station at the entrance to O’Leno State Park through Wednesday, March 6th. AFTER THIS DATE, you can only register in person on race day in the Park’s Dining Hall between 6:45 a.m. and 7:45 a.m
Register early & save $5 off the $35 Adult entry fee, and guarantee a shirt in your size. (Under 14 is always $10, but guarantee their shirts with early registration, too.)
Early registration must be completed online by Saturday, February 24th, or postmarked by Wednesday, February 21st to receive these perks.
